Because design communicates. It solves problems and evokes an emotional response in your visitor. Often times people can’t put their finger on what they like or don’t like about a business–they just know whether or not it speaks their language. They know whether they feel as though they have arrived in the right place–a place that “gets” them, and knows how to solve their problem. A place that feels like home.
Is your website is a reflection of you, but not your ideal customers and clients? If it’s all about your personality and not their needs, and if it doesn’t immediately let them know how their problems are going to be solved, you have a design problem. The good news? Good design–no, GREAT design solves problems. So guess what? You are home. You are in the right place.
